Kelly O’Brien is an Implementation Analyst at Arcadia.  She works closely with stakeholders at health plans and health systems to ensure their needs are met at every stage of an Arcadia Analytics implementation, from planning to testing to training to deployment.  Her efforts help complex healthcare networks roll out population health and value-based care initiatives across sites of all different sizes and types.

Kelly has an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and a master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine, and she brings both academic and hands-on public health experience to her work at Arcadia.  Prior to joining Arcadia, she worked on a multi-agency radiological emergency preparedness drill, led breast cancer awareness and tobacco cessation education, analyzed the associations between chronic health conditions and obesity, conducted market research to assess the impacts of payment reform trends on health systems, and improved clinical data collection to enhance outcome measure reporting.  She is currently researching issues that impact elderly health.
