Chief Product and Technology Officer

Nick Stepro is the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Arcadia, where he leads the design of the next wave of advanced healthcare analytics applications. He’s currently focused on evolving the architecture of the company’s next-generation healthcare data platform to simplify the continuous acquisition and orchestration of petabytes of data and millions of patient records across the modern healthcare enterprise.

Nick believes that leveraging the power of data to drive transformation at scale and with pace is critical to transforming the American healthcare system. He works with large health systems and payers to design, implement, and execute innovative clinical integration and business intelligence strategies to drive improved health outcomes and reduced system costs. He also works with leading technology service organizations, like AWS, to co-innovate on initiatives that enable healthcare transformation at cutting-edge scale and pace.

Named one of Modern Healthcare’s 2024 Innovators, Nick is recognized for his accomplishments in driving innovation that improves care, achieves measurable results, and contributes to the clinical and financial goals of healthcare organizations nationwide. His work and views have been featured on Politico, Healthcare Dive, Forbes, ComputerWorld, NPR, U.S. News and World Report, and Medical Ethics Advisor, and he has spoken at MedCity CONVERGE, the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA), and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). He’s also served as a guest lecturer on data visualization at Georgia Tech.
