Jim Griffeth is the VP of Marketing at Arcadia and leads a team focused on accelerating Arcadia’s growth through marketing strategy and execution. Jim brings to Arcadia over 20 years of leadership experience across all the specialties within B2B technology marketing as well as in-depth experience in healthcare data and analytics technology. Jim has helped propel growth in revenue and market capitalization at disruptive startups, leading marketing teams through IPOs and on to become established market leaders.
Previously, Jim was a marketing leader with Optum’s Data and Analytics business unit where he was responsible for the product marketing of their data and analytics portfolio for providers and health plans. Prior to Optum, Jim’s experience includes over two decades as a marketing leader at software and internet companies with disruptive solutions, helping them transform entire industries including at Pegasystems, Autodesk, Mentor Graphics, Viewlogic (acquired by Synopsys) and Brainshark. Jim also founded WellNex Systems, a venture-backed healthcare IT startup focused on medication adherence. Jim earned an electrical engineering degree from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard University.
